Touch screen interviews are a further development of the computer assisted face-to-face interviews. The survey is either conducted under the guidance of an interviewer or often as a self-administered interview due to its simple handling. The questionnaire is filled in at the monitor either by fingertip or pen.

Via touch-screen large sample-sizes can be realised at the point of sale, trade fairs or events in a fast and cost-efficient way.
