CAPI/CASI

Computer assisted personal interviews are used in face-to-face surveys e.g. in the trade fair research or at the point of sale.

CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviews) are conducted as face-to-face interviews, for example in the context of trade fair research, or at the point of sale. Another version of type of interview is the CASI (computer-assisted self interview), where the test person enters his or her answers into a touch-screen device.

The advantages are:

The precise monitoring of complex question sequences with multiple filter options.
Simple integration of multi-media content (images, videos, etc.)
Quick data availability.

We use 20 stationary computer terminals, e.g. for trade fair interviews, as well as 50 mobile tablets for interviews at trade fair booths or events and point of sale analyses.
